Estimates

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and an on-site visit. Final pricing is established in a written work agreement signed before work begins.

Warranty

Workmanship is warrantied for two years against cracking, nail pops, and finish defects under normal conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from foundation movement, water intrusion from sources outside our scope, or homeowner alterations.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific work in question. We carry $2 million in general liability coverage for damages caused by our work.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
